Traci- Owner of BA2BE
Traci Salisbury has been in the service industry for 9 years. She graduated from Marist College, where she received her Bachelor's in International Business Marketing. Traci has bartended in a variety of settings; high profile weddings, country clubs, and relaxed sports pubs.
In 2009 she moved to New Orleans to help with the rebuild effort post Katrina. She established Big Apple 2 Big Easy in 2010, and currently bartends part time at the Bayou Bar located in the historic Ponchatrain Hotel.
Traci has a passion for mixology as well as catering to the needs of her guests. These passions, combined with her New York style, has made her a creative leader in the world of mobile bartending!
Matthew Wilson- Bartender's Assistant
When Matt Wilson is not teaching elementary kids, or coaching high school football, he moonlights with Big Apple 2 Big Easy as our resident barback. He is a native New Orleanian, who graduated from Tulane University in 2007.
Matt joined the BA2BE staff this past year and continues to shine as a vibrant entertainer; using his smile and charm to ensure that all his guests are having a great time. He also provides the extra muscle behind the bar when we need him most!
Regina Cloud- Bartender
Regina is a Tennessee girl by heart, but a New Orleanian through and through. Her dynamic and caring personality has landed her in many jobs within the adult healthcare field.
Regina's move into the service industry came last year when she was offered a chance to use her managerial skills to run the Bayou Bar. She has since honed her skills as a manager and bartender.
Specializing in down home charm, and Sazeracs...she really knows how to make you feel right at home.
Eric Supan- Bartender's Assistant
Don't let the title fool you; Eric is more than just a hard-working barback. He is our self-made cocktail aficionado! Eric has a knack for unique cocktails and is always making (or tasting!) the latest drink on the market.
Eric spends his days working as a computer technician for Holy Cross High School and nights waitering at an Italian pizzeria. In his free time he plays on a soccer team with Crescent City Soccer. His quick wit and knowledge of many things makes him a wonderful addition to every party we do!
